Qualifications

• 5 years’ progressively responsible management experience within the industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to drive growth and operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations to achieve growth and profitability across new and used whole goods sales, parts, and service offerings.
• Lead by example in sales activities, providing hands-on mentorship to develop team members’ selling skills and improve overall sales performance.
• Develop and implement monthly sales projections, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive pressures to identify business gaps and develop strategies to expand market share.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the VP of Credit to manage branch account receivables, ensuring timely collections and financial stability.
