Job summary

Brandt is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead sales, parts and service across all branch functions in Canada. You will mentor the team, plan sales projections, manage assets, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving growth and profitability.

  • Develop and implement monthly sales projections, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive pressures to identify business gaps and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Credit to manage branch account receivables, ensuring timely collections and financial stability.

This position is responsible for driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all branch functions, including new and used equipment sales, parts, and service. This role leads the team through hands‑on sales mentorship, strategic planning, and performance management to meet business targets.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Manage branch operations to achieve growth and profitability across new and used whole goods sales, parts, and service offerings.
  • Lead by example in sales activities, providing hands‑on mentorship to develop team members’ selling skills and improve overall sales performance.
  • Develop and implement monthly sales projections, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive pressures to identify business gaps and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage asset control by monitoring inventory turn, aging, and protection of company assets, including new and used whole goods.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Credit to manage branch account receivables, ensuring timely collections and financial stability.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and practices for employment and employee relations.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate branch employees to build a skilled, engaged workforce focused on long‑term success for the company and customers.
  • Review employee performance against goals on an ongoing basis and document individual employee performance annually.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, vendors, and community partners to enhance loyalty and brand reputation.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and industry awareness to provide accurate information and support to customers and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated product support background and sales expertise considered an asset.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and possess a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality results, with a readiness to meet the demands of the industry.
