Job summary

Brandt seeks a Division Manager for the Southeast Ontario region based at Vars Peterbilt. The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires extensive management experience to drive branch performance, growth, and profitability.

You will oversee all departments, manage assets and inventory mix, and lead a team toward long-term success while traveling as needed and maintaining a passport. Competitive compensation and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• At least 5 years in management and/or business operations.
• Passport required; travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and achieve annual budgets for branches within the division.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all departments in the division.
• Manage asset turnover, aging, and inventory mix to hit market share goals.
• Develop and lead all employees within the division to build a motivated workforce.
• Set manager targets and evaluate performance using company KPIs.
• Monitor and achieve market share goals in line with manufacturer and company strategy.
• Oversee division accounts receivable with the Credit Services Director.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence at branches and with suppliers.
• Coordinate events such as fly-ins, open houses and recruitment activities.
