Job summary

Docebo is seeking an experienced Vice President, Information Security to own and drive the company’s global security strategy across product, cloud, GRC and AI. You will lead architecture decisions, threat modeling, and control execution while enabling fast execution with strong risk management.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to bake security into the SDLC, strengthen security telemetry and incident response, and guide governance programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading information security programs in software/SaaS environments.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and the board to drive risk-informed decisions.
• Hands-on mastery of application security, cloud security (AWS), and modern threat management.
• Active CISSP credential with a deep understanding of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls.
• Proven ability to balance security with business velocity using metrics and risk language.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Docebo's global security strategy across product, cloud, GRC, and AI.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed threat modeling and secure SDLC into workflows.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001) backed by real controls.
• Strengthen security telemetry, threat intelligence, and incident response across environments.
• Coach and develop a high-performing security team focused on measurable outcomes.
• Represent Docebo in board updates, audits, and enterprise customer due diligence.
