Job summary

the company is seeking a driven, customer-focused engineering leader to accelerate the AI Takeoff roadmap. You will lead the AI Takeoff team, partner with enterprise customers, and translate real-world problems into scalable AI capabilities within a trusted platform.

You will balance startup velocity with production quality, own technical strategy, and mentor a small team to deliver secure, high-velocity results for identity and AI security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and shipping identity, security, infrastructure or developer-focused products in high-growth organizations.
• Proven engineering leadership and team management experience, including hiring, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills with cross-functional impact.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers translating problems into technical solutions.
• Deep identity domain expertise and familiarity with identity protocols and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with top customers and AI Forward Deployed Engineering to translate needs into AI capabilities and deliver them to production.
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Design to ensure capabilities are production-ready and meet security, reliability, scalability, and quality standards.
• Build, grow and mentor a small, autonomous AI Takeoff engineering team.
• Serve as a senior technical SME in customer engagements, evaluations and complex sales processes.
• Lead complex customer escalations to identify root causes and deliver durable solutions.
• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and execution for the AI Takeoff roadmap balancing urgency with long-term scalability.
