Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Head of Security to lead its security function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering, this strategic and technical role owns the security roadmap, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with Legal, Data, Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR and has access to the executive team and board. The Security & IT organization covers governance, risk and compliance, product security, and corporate security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security with leadership of a team or pillar.
• Experience driving company-wide security strategy and budget.
• Proven track record with SOX, GDPR, PCI, SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience presenting to a board or audit committee.
• Experience enabling AI transformation in security or IT.

Responsibilities

• Build the security organization by hiring and mentoring staff.
• Set security objectives and strategy across domains.
• Mature GRC processes and risk management with Legal.
• Develop an AI-first security program and tooling.
• Communicate security posture to the board and executives.
