Job summary

Executrade is seeking a Vice President, Information Technology to lead the organization’s technology strategy, security, and digital transformation. You will shape the enterprise roadmap, oversee the IT function, and manage vendors to deliver measurable business value.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive data governance, AI initiatives, and governance across technology investments, enabling growth and resilience in a complex, Alberta-based organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Business; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy and IT governance.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and continuously evolve a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead AI initiatives and governance across the business.
• Oversee IT function, manage key technology partners, and ensure investments deliver measurable value.
• Provide executive leadership for technology risk management and business continuity.
