Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. As VP of Business Development for Veterinary, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract.

One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound efforts feed qualified meetings with these groups, so your time goes to closing and expanding within existing accounts across locations.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Preference for long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
