Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large and multi-stakeholder yet rewarding.

In this individual contributor role, you will close major accounts with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, guided by inbound leads and a compact sales team. The position is remote (USA or Canada) with a $2M annual quota.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefers closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on large deals (3–12 months).
• Negotiate contracts with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand by adding locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to build compelling proposals.
