Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–7 marketers and collaborate with senior staff to set and execute strategic initiatives
- Oversee renewal processes, guiding on large accounts and developing proactive engagement plans
- Negotiate complex renewals and resolve issues with insurers to maximize retention and profitability
- Drive process improvements, accountability, and operational efficiency across the team
- Develop new business and diversify the portfolio beyond traditional sectors
- Serve as a strategic thought leader and identify market trends to maximize performance
