Responsibilities
- Support transformation initiatives across investor relations, transfer agency, AML, and KYC.
- Deliver client transformation engagements with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Oversee client engagement with day-to-day priorities and risk decisions.
- Identify automation, standardization, and integration opportunities.
- Provide SME around investor relations and AML/KYC.
- Guide Business Analysts and teams to share knowledge.
- Lead and mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic transformation priorities.
