Job summary

Citco is a global leader in fund services and related asset services with staff across 50 locations. The Halifax, NS role is hybrid, leading client integration projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will work with senior management to ensure effective onboarding, data migration and service delivery across time zones. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong project management, and a client-focused approach, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Degree in business or finance related discipline.
• 2+ years of people and resource management experience.
• 3+ years of client services within the asset management industry.
• 5-6 years in the financial services industry.
• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.
• Proven Project Management Experience.
• Proven Business Analysis Experience.
• Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products.
• Must be creative and innovative with a client focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead client integration projects and service delivery.
• Manage virtual teams across time zones during large engagements.
• Coordinate with Business Development on Vendors/Conversion/Interfaces.
• Instruct/Extract and data migrations, including file development.
• Functional data migrations: internal and external conversions.
• Set up systems and coordinate with third parties.
• Manage client/vendor relationships and project resources.
• Track progress, deadlines and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate invoicing for communications and connectivity charges.
• Oversee team management, pipeline and training.
