Job summary

Citico Group Limited is seeking a senior Transformation Office leader to drive cross-functional client engagements across investor relations, AML and KYC, focusing on standardizing processes and delivering measurable improvements.

You will mentor junior staff, lead strategic programs, and partner with Business Development to present transformation capabilities to clients. A proven remote leadership track and regulatory proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in Investor Relations/AML/Compliance industries.
• Bachelor/Master level degrees; Professional Certificate is also acceptable.
• Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders and ownership of outcomes.
• Transformation mindset with experience challenging processes and delivering tech-enabled improvements.
• Strategic mindset translating goals into actionable plans.
• Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including KYC and AML; Cayman AML is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management; 5+ years in leadership and remote management.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives across investor relations, transfer agency, AML, and KYC; drive process optimization and efficiency.
• Design and implement client transformation engagements with the client and Citco business.
• Act as a senior service leader for a dedicated client engagement with priority understanding and delivery.
• Establish a new managed service relationship including governance, reporting and risk management.
• Provide subject matter expertise around investor relations and AML/KYC.
• Guide Business Analysts and broader project teams to share knowledge.
• Assist with business requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your area.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify key areas for transformation and a cohesive approach.
• Work with Business Development to support client pitches and demonstrate Transformation Office expertise.
• Maintain a proactive stance on industry changes and technology advancements.
• Highlight risks and contribute to project reporting with the project manager.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Support transformation initiatives across investor relations, transfer agency, AML, and KYC, helping to drive process optimization & operational efficiency
• Design and implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business
• Act as a senior service leader for a dedicated client engagement, working directly with client stakeholders to understand priorities, manage expectations, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Establish a new managed service relationship, including service performance, governance, issue resolution, risk management, and regular client reporting
• Provide subject matter expertise around investor relations and/or AML/KYC
• Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach and impart specialized knowledge
• Assist with business requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach
• Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformation Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions
• Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements
• Highlight areas of risk, contributing to meetings and overall project reporting via project manager
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation Office

Qualifications

About You:

• 12+ years’ industry experience within Investor Relations/AML/Compliance industry
• Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree
• Strong client-facing experience, with the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders and take ownership of service outcomes
• A transformation mindset, with experience challenging established processes and implementing technology-enabled improvements
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering policies; Cayman AML an advantage
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role and managing teams remotely
