Job summary

Kantar Canada, part of Kantar North America, invites a senior leader to drive client growth and guide a matrixed team delivering top-tier insights for major clients. You will collaborate with the Client Partner to ensure satisfaction and retention while launching a cutting-edge Brand Intelligence program.

Based in Toronto, this executive role reports to the President of Kantar Canada and sits on the Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in related industries such as Consulting, Market Research, Marketing, Media/Creative Agencies, Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, Healthcare, Retail, and Financial Services
• Demonstrated success in developing and growing deep and lasting client relationships, client-side experience an asset
• Strong consultative, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team to deliver best in class insights for a major client, coordinating report generation, presenting results, and engaging client stakeholders
• Launch and deliver a cutting-edge Brand Intelligence program, leveraging cross-functional capabilities to drive client growth
