Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Certificate of Volunteer Management - College or University.
• Membership in a professional association for volunteer resource management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role in volunteer services or related profession.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
• Knowledge to work independently on programs and special projects.
• Experience working directly with volunteers.
• Ability to work with students and adults.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and website support and database experience.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Proven time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
