You will work closely with chaplains, care teams, and local churches to coordinate volunteer placements that align with residents’ spiritual, physical, and social needs. About You
You are a compassionate and dedicated Christian leader, passionate about serving seniors and supporting volunteer teams. You align with Baptist Housing’s values and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Your ability to inspire others through Christian ministry will help guide volunteers to provide exceptional care to our seniors, creating a nurturing and safe environment for all.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer an hourly wage between $28.00 - $30.00. Your comprehensive benefits include employer‑paid extended health and dental coverage, along with a generous four weeks of vacation. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
