Qualifications

  • Degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field.
  • 4+ years vineyard management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of grapevine physiology, pests, diseases, and climate influences.
  • Experience with irrigation systems and water management for vineyards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for managing teams and collaborating with winemakers.
  • Proficiency in vineyard mapping and data analysis tools.

About the Role
