Placements24 is seeking a proactive General Manager to lead operations in Kimberley, Canada. This hybrid role combines remote oversight with in-person responsibilities at the Kimberley location, guiding all aspects of the business unit.

You will manage operations, sales, finance, and HR, drive growth, optimize performance, and own the P&L. You’ll lead a cross-functional team, implement strategic plans, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, creating a high-performance culture.
