ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive sales and profitability through merchandising excellence and strong leadership. The role collaborates with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize budgets, inventory, and facilities while coaching the team for exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
Values feedback and able to give it constructively.
Self-motivated with desire to achieve results and work well in a team.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
Requires constant movement in-store areas.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and move for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on budgets, expenses, inventory control and vendor relationships.
Demonstrate business acumen by using metrics to drive strategies.
Move dynamically on the retail floor to support guests and team needs.
Lead by example in guest experience and visual standards; coach associates.
Recruit and develop talent within the team.
Utilize performance tools to provide feedback and growth guidance.
