Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the sales floor through compelling product presentation and mannequin styling. You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through across key stories.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or sales and familiarity with visual merchandising concepts. It offers a dynamic in-store environment with varied shifts and opportunities to grow within a global brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to understand needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
