Job summary

Banff & Lake Louise Tourism seeks a Visitor Experience Specialist to engage visitors across in-person, phone, and LiveChat. You will offer trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance stays in Banff National Park.

The role requires enthusiasm for tourism, strong English communication, and knowledge of Banff/Lake Louise. A second language is a plus, with a peak-season 4-on/3-off schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Visitors will look to you for trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance their stay in Banff National Park. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to learn about everything Banff and Lake Louise have to offer, we'd love to have you join our team!
