Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide visiting home health care across a designated area. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and build rapport with patients and families in their homes.

The role requires CNO RN registration, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. It includes on-call coverage after hours, full-time scheduling with every other weekend off, and comprehensive benefits.

In this community RPN Visiting Nursing role, as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
