Job summary

Intuit seeks a bilingual Tax Expert to assist customers in preparing and filing their tax returns remotely. You will guide clients through TurboTax, review returns, and handle product inquiries while documenting all interactions for accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tax prep, a CRA RepID, and strong customer service skills. Flexible weekly hours (minimum 20) and proficiency in English and French are essential.

Qualifications

• As a Tax Expert, you have at least 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• You will provide CRA RepID for Represent a Client service upon onboarding.
• You have used professional tax software for personal tax returns, including complex elements.
• You help clients navigate tax complexities and empower them to file taxes.
• You communicate with customers via video/audio tools professionally and confidently.
• You can work a flexible schedule at least 20 hours per week.
• You are bilingual in English and French for complex tax topics.
