Intuit, Inc. seeks a Tax Expert to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products and provide tax guidance. You will review personal returns, handle inquiries, and deliver full-service preparation in a virtual setting with video interactions.

Must have 2+ years of paid tax prep, bilingual English/French, and comfort with complex returns. Flexible schedule with at least 20 hours weekly; CRA RepID required on onboarding.

Formación

• At least 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID and use CRA Represent a Client service on onboarding.
• Experience with professional tax software and handling complex tax elements.
• Bilingual in English and French and able to explain tax topics clearly.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
