Job summary

Casino Vancouver seeks a Full Time Manager, Player Development in Coquitlam, BC. You will lead a high-performing VIP team, cultivate key relationships with VIP guests, and drive strategic growth across top segments.

A data-driven approach and proactive engagement are essential to elevate service, loyalty, and revenue. Reporting to the General Manager, you will guide the VIP Host team, implement targeted engagement plans, and ensure compliance with gaming policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years guest service experience preferably in Player Development.
Minimum 2 years of management experience preferably in Gaming industry.
Sales and business development experience an asset; Post secondary education an asset.
The ability to speak additional languages considered an asset.
Computer literacy in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce an asset.

Responsibilities

Increase the percentage of VIP carded play according to targets.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the VIP Host/Player Development team.
Build new guest relationships and maintain existing ones.
Train, mentor, and upskill team in relationship-building and data-driven strategies.
Develop VIP database and ensure high-touch guest service delivery.
