Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Experience in online entertainment or gaming is a plus.
• Excellent multi-channel communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor VIP database to optimize player experience across lifecycle.
• Reactivate players via emails, calls, SMS, and chat.
• Upsell by tracking behavior and tailoring offers.
• Collaborate with other departments for improved management.
• Develop and supervise VIP marketing and player strategies.
• Identify potential VIPs early.
• Serve as primary contact for VIP users and liaise with internal teams.
• Ensure precise segmentation of promotions and bonuses.
