Playground, located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, seeks a VIP Gaming Host to provide a high-quality, memorable gaming experience for our premier guests. You will build loyalty, drive visitation, and recruit new players through focused sales activities.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in casino or hospitality.
- Bilingual English and French (written and spoken).
- Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with assigned VIP guests.
- Greet guests on the floor and ensure a friendly and efficient service.
- Accommodate guests’ needs within Host guidelines to ensure satisfaction and drive return visits.
- Evaluate guests’ activity to determine complimentary offerings.
- Monitor guests’ betting habits to manage programs and margins.
- Participate in call-center efforts to invite guests to events and reactivate guests.
- Review department reports and use data to achieve goals.
- Manage and grow the VIP guest database.
- Maintain direct mail and phone contact to build loyalty and fill events.
- Know regulations relating to the EGD and gaming floor.
- Other duties as assigned.
