Cineplex in Ottawa is seeking a Front of House VIP Supervisor to lead a dedicated FOH team, ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional service experience and a memorable dining atmosphere.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will manage staffing, maintain ambience, handle end-of-night settlements, and resolve guest issues with proactive problem solving. A hospitality background and 2+ years in a similar setting are preferred; Smart Serve is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused with a service-first mindset.
• Minimum 2 years in bar, licensed restaurant, or similar.
• Smart Serve certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and coach a FOH team to deliver exceptional VIP guest service.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by monitoring the experience.
• Hire and review staffing for hosts/hostesses, servers, and bartenders.
• Maintain an engaging VIP ambience: lighting, music, linen, glassware, and food presentation.
• Reconcile end-of-night funds and manage a high-pressure environment.
• Resolve issues proactively and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
