Cineplex Inc. is seeking a dynamic Host/Hostess for our VIP Cinemas in Calgary. You will greet guests, seat them, and act as a concierge, guiding guests through the VIP experience with warmth and professionalism.

In this role, you will maintain a clean service area, stay informed on menu options, and use your strong communication and math skills to ensure a smooth and memorable visit for every guest. Evening, weekend shifts and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with excellent communication.
• Superior hospitality and customer service mindset delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Math skills and computer literacy; ability to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in VIP lounge and provide personalized service.
