Bally's Interactive in Toronto is seeking a VIP Relations professional to own a portfolio of high-value VIPs and deliver white-glove service, building strong 1:1 relationships. The role focuses on loyalty and incremental play across casino and sports betting, with strategic onboarding from competitors.

You will create memorable experiences and work with Marketing, Product, CRM and Operations to tailor campaigns while protecting player well-being. Salary range is CAD 70,000–90,000 per year.

• Own a portfolio of high-value VIPs and deliver white-glove service that builds personal, 1:1 relationships.
• Grow share of wallet across verticals, selling across casino and sports betting and onboarding new VIPs.
• Bring in new VIPs by spotting high-value players and attracting them from competitors.
• Win back players who go quiet by spotting drops in activity and sending timely offers.
• Create unforgettable moments with digital exclusives, suite nights and money-can't-buy experiences.
• Beat targets by growing portfolio revenue, deposits and active players.
• Partner across Marketing, Product, CRM and Operations to deliver VIP campaigns that feel personal and bold.
• Put player well-being first by recognizing risky play and collaborating with Responsible Gaming.
• Help shape the program by sharing market insights, competitor offers, and product ideas.

• Own a portfolio of high-value VIPs. Deliver white-glove service and build personal, 1:1 relationships that drive loyalty and incremental play.
• Grow share of wallet across verticals. Sell across casino, sports betting and beyond, and onboard new VIPs to the program.
• Bring in new VIPs. Spot high‑value players and bring them to Bally's from the competition.
• Win back players who go quiet. Spot when a VIP's activity drops, reach out quickly, and bring them back with the right offer at the right time.
• Create unforgettable moments. Digital exclusives, suite nights and money-can't-buy experiences that turn players into superfans.
• Beat your targets. Grow your portfolio's revenue, deposits and active players by working smarter and harder than the competition.
• Partner across the business. Work with Marketing, Product, CRM and Operations to deliver VIP campaigns that feel personal and bold, and to fix anything that gets in the way of a great player experience.
• Put player well-being first. Recognize signs of risky play and work closely with Responsible Gaming to protect players and stay compliant.
• Help shape the program. Share what you're hearing on market trends, competitor offers, product ideas and tools that would make the team better.
