Qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of VIP clients preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication across channels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor VIP database to optimize player experience across lifecycle.
- Proactively reactivate players via emails, calls, SMS, and chat.
- Identify upsell opportunities by tracking behavior and tailoring offers.
- Collaborate with departments to improve player management and efficiency.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies for VIPs.
- Early identification of potential VIPs.
- Serve as primary contact for VIP users and liaise with internal teams.
- Ensure precise segmentation of promotions and bonuses.
