Job summary

Iconic Wineries of British Columbia is seeking a hands-on vineyard operative to support estate operations in West Kelowna, Kelowna, and Lake Country. The role emphasizes safe tractor operation, field tasks, and timely harvest support.

You will join a collaborative team, perform routine maintenance, ensure accurate application of materials, and adhere to health and safety protocols while working outdoors across varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

Experience operating tractors and vineyard equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform maintenance.
Valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record; Class 1/3 license is an asset.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 kg (approx. 50 lb).

Responsibilities

Operate tractors and vineyard equipment safely across estate vineyards.
Perform mowing, cultivation, spraying, hedging, and harvest support.
Assist in maintaining vine health and fruit quality through fieldwork.
Execute daily and seasonal vineyard operations.
Clean, inspect, and support maintenance of tractors and implements.
Ensure equipment is calibrated for accurate application of materials.
Follow health and safety procedures, including PPE and handling of agricultural products.
