Job summary

Iconic Wineries of British Columbia (IWBC) is seeking candidates for hospitality roles across our iconic winery destinations in the Okanagan. You will deliver guest service in tasting rooms, restaurants, and retail venues, share our wine stories, and help create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, tourism, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding guest service in tasting rooms, restaurants, retail boutiques, and hospitality venues.
• Sharing the stories behind our wines, vineyards, wineries, and experiences.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of our wines, culinary offerings, and guest experiences.
• Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Conducting wine, merchandise, and experience sales.
• Supporting events, tours, tastings, and seasonal experiences.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within guest-facing areas.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
