Role Description

We are looking for a very driven and disciplined Vice President, Regional Sales Manager to lead our corporate development team. This role is critical in ensuring the team is aligned, motivated, and consistently following our sales process and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll work closely with leadership to implement sales strategies, coach team members, and help scale our outreach and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of corporate development professionals focused on B2B outreach and partnership development
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture through motivation, ongoing feedback, and recognition
  • Monitor pipeline performance, analyze sales data, and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic direction and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and meeting sales targets
  • Strong motivational and coaching skills with a passion for people development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
