Job summary

Edmonton International Airport (YEG) in Alberta seeks a strategic executive to lead People & Culture. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, People & Culture will join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the workforce strategy for ~300 employees.

The role requires a collaborative, data-driven leader who can align people initiatives with operational priorities, drive organizational effectiveness, foster a culture of inclusion, and elevate customer service

Based in the Edmonton area and reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, People & Culture is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. With approximately 300 team members today, as YEG continues to evolve and grow, this leader will play a critical role in aligning workforce strategies with business priorities, operational excellence, customer service, innovation, safety, and long-term organizational success.
