Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) seeks a Manager, Corporate Governance and Board Secretariat to lead the corporate secretariat, board operations, and governance disclosure. You will safeguard board decision integrity and coordinate director education, succession and policy updates in a complex not-for-profit setting.

Reporting to the Vice President Communications, Environment and Indigenous Relations and Corporate Secretary, the Manager, Corporate Governance and Board Secretariat is the senior governance advisor and operational leader of the Corporate Secretariat. The role enables the Board and its committees to fulfill their stewardship, oversight and accountability responsibilities by maintaining an effective governance framework, safeguarding the integrity of Board decision-making and monitoring adherence to applicable legal and governance requirements. The Manager leads Board operations, governance disclosure, director development, Board effectiveness and continuous improvement, and serves as Deputy Corporate Secretary.
Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers.

Salary Range : $105,680 to $158,520 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications and internal equity.
