What Will You Do?

• Craft and implement a multi year sales strategy to expand market share in North America, South America, and Europe.
• Build, coach, and scale a high performance sales organization (direct & rep / distributor models).
• Cultivate C suite relationships with major foodservice, QSR, and contract packing customers.
• Collaborate cross functionally-marketing, operations, R&D-to align product innovation with customer needs.
• Establish KPIs, forecasting discipline, and CRM best practices to ensure predictable, profitable growth.
• Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and sustainability forums.

What Do You Bring?

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership-at least five at the senior / executive level-within foodservice packaging or closely related CPG / foodservice sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling revenues across multiple regions or continents.
• Deep network with national restaurant chains, distributors, and contract manufacturers.
• Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen-able to build business cases and manage P&L.
• Inspirational leader who develops talent and fosters inclusive, high performance cultures.
• Willingness to travel globally
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
