General Manager - Sleep Tech eCommerce Brand

Location: Remote. Open to candidates in the US, but Canada is preferred.



We’re thrilled to support a growing and profitable eCommerce brand in the sleep tech space as they search for their next General Manager.



With proprietary technology that gives the company a competitive edge, this brand is poised for continued expansion, with plans to develop new products and enter new markets. This business has all of the pieces to make it a dominant player in the sleep tech space across North America. We're looking for the right executive who is excited about this challenge, can chart a path and execute.



About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the brand from $5M to $30M+ in revenue. Leveraging your network of eCommerce experts and agencies, you’ll hit the ground running to drive growth, optimize operations, and position the company as a market leader.



What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to scale the brand across multiple channels.
  2. Manage the P&L, ensuring profitable growth and long-term sustainability.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with key eCommerce experts, agencies, and partners to support business goals.
  4. Drive expansion into new markets and develop innovative product strategies.
  5. Oversee the launch and growth of products on Amazon and other US marketplaces.
  6. Continuously improve the customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience: Proven track record of scaling a DTC eCommerce brand from $5M to $30M+ in revenue.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Background in the sleep tech space is highly preferred.
  3. Network: Extensive connections with eCommerce experts, agencies, and partners.
  4. Marketplace Expertise: Demonstrated success in launching and growing products on Amazon and other US marketplaces.
  5. Leadership: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  6. Passion: We need someone who's excited about this phase of growth. This is going to require a lot of hands-on attention and execution.
