Compensation: Competitive base (160,000-200,000) + Bonus (Company and Growth)

What Will You Do?

  • Craft and implement a multi‑year sales strategy to expand market share in North America, South America, and Europe.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high‑performance sales organization (direct & rep/distributor models).
  • Cultivate C‑suite relationships with major foodservice, QSR, and contract‑packing customers.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally—marketing, operations, R&D—to align product innovation with customer needs.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting discipline, and CRM best practices to ensure predictable, profitable growth.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and sustainability forums.

What Do You Bring?

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership—at least five at the senior/executive level—within foodservice packaging or closely related CPG/foodservice sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenues across multiple regions or continents.
  • Deep network with national restaurant chains, distributors, and contract manufacturers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen—able to build business cases and manage P&L.
  • Inspirational leader who develops talent and fosters inclusive, high‑performance cultures.
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
