As Vice President of Finance, you’ll work directly with the executive leadership team to build and execute a forward-thinking financial strategy that supports international expansion, capital investment, and strategic partnerships. This is not your average finance role, it’s a chance to shape the future of a niche, high-growth industry that blends real assets, innovation, and global operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead strategic financial planning and partner with executives on growth initiatives

Oversee global banking relationships and capital markets activity (equity + debt)

Drive M&A strategy, including deal execution and post-merger integration

Manage treasury, FX hedging, cash forecasting, and liquidity optimization

Develop tax strategies in coordination with global advisors

Deliver insight at the boardroom level and align finance with operational strategy

What You Bring:

CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent

10+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in marine, transportation, logistics, or asset-heavy sectors

Deep experience in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate development

Strong international finance acumen—banking, treasury, tax, and FX

A leadership style that builds teams, creates clarity, and drives strategic results
