Interested in joining one of Canada's top performing asset managers? We are looking for a Vice President, Business Development to join CC&L Funds Inc. This is a unique role for a talented and motivated professional to contribute to the growth and development of a firm that is establishing itself as a leader in growth and product innovation in the retail market. This role will be based out of Vancouver, BC.

The CC&L Funds team works with leading Canadian financial institutions and their Investment Advisors to deliver innovative investment strategies and value-added service aimed at meeting the evolving needs of individual investors.

What You Will Do

• Support & service existing relationships with key IIROC dealer head office clients in product management and investment research and consulting roles
• Develop and manage relationships with the mutual fund analyst community to maximize the opportunity set for our product offering
• Support new product launches & enhancements to our existing product suite, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Pro-actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across our business

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in business and / or product development in the Canadian funds / managed product industry or equivalent experience within an IIROC dealer environment
• Demonstrated track record of success
• Ability to thrive in a flat & collaborative entrepreneurial environment focused on delivering outstanding results
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Commerce or related
• Additional education such as CFA designation and / or MBA, will be considered an asset

The starting salary for this position is $125,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
