Key Responsibilities

• Support and service existing relationships with key IIROC dealer head office clients in product management, investment research, and consulting roles.
• Develop and manage relationships with the mutual fund analyst community to maximize product opportunities.
• Support new product launches and enhancements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business or product development within the Canadian funds / managed product industry or equivalent in an IIROC dealer environment.
• Proven success in related roles.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment focused on results.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field; CFA designation and / or MBA is an asset.

The starting salary is $125,000, with an annual performance bonus. Further questions can be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
