Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a pet-care or veterinary setting.
• Phone/appointment desk experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients and pet parents.
• Assist veterinary staff with tasks as needed.
• Answer a multiline phone system and book appointments.
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and future bookings.
• Respond to emails from clients, referring veterinarians, and internal messages.
• Admit and discharge pet patients; manage invoicing and payments.
• Schedule appointments and prepare estimates; obtain owner confirmation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain reception cleanliness.
• Learn about veterinary services and assist with office procedures.
