Job summary

Mississauga Convention Centre Ltd. is seeking a reliable Venue Porter to join our events team. The role focuses on timely setup and teardown, maintaining cleanliness and safety in active event spaces, and supporting staff with various operations.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items, and available for evenings, weekends, and event schedules. A friendly, proactive approach will help ensure guest-ready spaces and smooth event

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience as a porter or in event setup is required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
