Job summary

Alt is seeking a Conference Porter to support events in a part-time, on-site role. You will assist with food service, guest luggage, and setup/breakdown of lunch areas and meeting spaces while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, restaurant service experience is a plus, and strong time management with physical ability to stand and lift as needed. Join a team that values autonomy and guest-focused service.

The Conference Porter is a committed and independent participant in the smooth running of events. They are committed to providing prompt, attentive service, whatever the task at hand. Organized and positive, the holder of this multidisciplinary position knows how to be in solution mode to respond effectively to the various demands that occupy his/her day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide high-quality service by working in collaboration with several departments.
• Take part in setting up and dismantling the lunch area and meeting and banquet rooms.
• Serve meals and coffee breaks and assist guests with their luggage, as required.
• Perform various reception, delivery, storage, supply or maintenance tasks.
• Contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving the experience of our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
