Job summary

Trane Technologies in Canada is seeking an internal sales professional to engage with customers at the counter and by phone, identifying needs and delivering quality HVAC parts and supplies.

You will maintain knowledge of products and promotions to upsell and build customer relationships, while processing quotes and orders and supporting warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, retail or related field.
• HVAC knowledge and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
• Strong customer relationship skills and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and by phone to identify needs and offer timely HVAC parts solutions.
• Process quotes and orders with high accuracy to speed delivery and satisfaction.
• Support warehouse and stock management tasks as needed (cycle counts, backorders, receiving, transfers).
• Occasional forklift use and lift up to 50 lb.
• Other related duties as assigned.
