Job summary

St. Joseph's Health Care London is seeking a Vendor Relations Associate for Volunteer Services at St. Joseph's Hospital in London, ON. Regular travel between all St. Joseph's sites is required. The position is a Temporary Full-Time role with a salary range of $38.62-$45.42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration (Retail or Supply Chain) or related field.
• 3 years progressive experience in retail operations, procurement or vendor relations.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and analyzing sales data.
• Knowledge of OHSA and safety culture in healthcare settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise procurement and vendor relations for five gift shops/various stores.
• Support merchandising, retail program initiatives and financial administration tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors, volunteers and internal staff to optimize inventory and product flow.
• Assist with revenue generation and customer experience across locations.
