Job summary

Kibbi in Winnipeg is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to direct and optimize daily activities in a fast-paced motor vehicle repair shop. You will oversee staff, supervise payroll, and coordinate procurement to ensure timely service and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. On-site work, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory operations role.
• Experience with POS and inventory systems and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
