Job summary

ReCar Woodstock, part of Shift Auto Group, is seeking a Vehicle Advisor to guide guests from first contact through vehicle delivery with honesty and exceptional service.

In a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will build lasting relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and help customers explore financing and ownership options while collaborating with a high-performance team.

What You'll Do

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Building trust by understanding each guest's needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Conducting vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives that educate and inspire confidence
• Guiding guests through vehicle options, financing pathways, trade-in opportunities, and ownership solutions with integrity
• Managing customer relationships, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities using CRM and digital sales tools
• Representing the ReCar brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
• Supporting vehicle merchandising by maintaining an organized, attractive showroom and vehicle display area
• Contributing to dealership marketing initiatives, including social media and personal brand development
• Participating in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
• Working collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve individual and dealership performance goals

• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a successful career in automotive sales
