ReCar Halifax is hiring a Vehicle Advisor to guide guests through the car buying journey with transparency, professionalism, and exceptional service. You'll deliver an engaging showroom experience, present vehicle options, finance paths, trade-ins, and ownership solutions while building lasting relationships and using CRM tools to follow up and close opportunities.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Advisor, you'll guide guests through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey while delivering a transparent, professional, and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Building trust by understanding each guest's needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Conducting vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives that educate and inspire confidence
• Guiding guests through vehicle options, financing pathways, trade-in opportunities, and ownership solutions with integrity
• Managing customer relationships, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities using CRM and digital sales tools
• Representing the ReCar brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
• Supporting vehicle merchandising by maintaining an organized, attractive showroom and vehicle display area
• Contributing to dealership marketing initiatives, including social media and personal brand development
• Participating in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
• Working collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve individual and dealership performance goals
